Lavandula, 'sensational' is commonly referred to simply as Lavender.

Description:
A smaller variety of lavender that's been developed for it's compact, dense form... As well as durability to sun, heat, humidity, and cold winters. This woody-stemmed perennials will spread 18-24" with a height of 30" when in bloom.

Attributes: 
A favorite among honey bees and butterflies, lavender is a classic favorite for us too. From oils, soaps and perfumes to the cut sprigs we hang or vase inside of our homes... Lavender truly has some amazing attributes.

Where to Plant: 
Full sun to part-shade.
As a plant that's slow to spread, Lavender also makes a great container plant. If you have the right sunny window in your house, you can bring the potted plant inside and enjoy it year-round!
